Terms of service

• You sign in with a code we email you, or with Google, Facebook or X. One email address is one account.

• Keep access to your email account and sign-in providers safe; anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

• Give us accurate details so we can deliver and contact you.

• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.

• Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (MYR). An order is confirmed when we receive payment, online through HitPay or by bank transfer.

• If you choose bank transfer, or we quote delivery before you pay, we hold the work for 3 days while payment clears. If no payment arrives, we may cancel the order.

• Artworks are often one of a kind. If an item sells out before your payment completes, we refund you in full.

• Shipping, delivery and returns follow the policies on our About page, including returns within 90 days.

• A seat is yours once your booking is paid and we confirm it.

• If we cancel or move a session, we offer you another date or a full refund.

• If you cannot attend, contact us before the session and we will help where we can.

Artworks, photos and text on the sites belong to Senso or to the artists. Buying an artwork gives you the physical piece, not the copyright. Do not copy images from the sites for commercial use without permission.

When you send us your work through "Show your work", you confirm it is yours and let us view it to consider it for an exhibition.

We work to keep the sites accurate and available, but we cannot promise they are free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Malaysian consumer law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
